Pasta salad with asparagus and smoked chicken

Supplies:

  • ½ kilo of AAA asparagus
  • 300 grams of farfalle or fusili pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 grams smoked chicken fillet
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

Cook pasta according to instructions and with cold waterwash down. Peel the asparagus and cut into diagonal pieces of 1-2 cmto cut. Cook asparagus in approx. 5 minutes until al dente and withrinse with cold water. Meanwhile, clean red bell pepper andfine shred. Cut chicken into pieces. of balsamic vinegar,olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar to make a dressing. In large
bowl pasta with asparagus and bell pepper mix. Chicken piecesdistribute on top and drizzle with dressing.
