Asparagus on the BBQ or grill

Supplies:

  • 1 kg AA asparagus
  • artisan ham slices
  • herb butter
  • stock block
  • marinade 1: Olive oil, sweet soy sauce, oregano, pepper, salt,
  • curry powder, paprika powder, garlic powder
  • marinade 2: Sunflower oil, honey, lemon juice, dill, pepper,
  • salty
Blanch the asparagus in water with the stock block. Good lookingdrain and dry with kitchen paper.

Preparation method:

Asparagus with ham: Brush the slices of ham on the inside with herb butter.Roll the asparagus one by one in a slice of ham. Then put themon the hot BBQ or grill. Turn them occasionally. If the ham isdiscolored into a light brown color and the shapes of itgrid are visible, it is ready to serve.(this recipe can also be made with bacon strips)
Marinated Asparagus:mnarrow the ingredients to a marinade and leave the asparagussoak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Then they are donefor the BBQ/grill.
