Asparagus quiche (pie)

Supplies:

  • ½ package of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 spring onions in thin rings
  • 400 gr asparagus (pieces or cups)
  • 200 gr smoked salmon in pieces
  • 2 dl whipped cream
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 100 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper, oil
  • greased quiche tin or cake tin
