Asparagus quiche (pie)
Supplies:
- ½ package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 spring onions in thin rings
- 400 gr asparagus (pieces or cups)
- 200 gr smoked salmon in pieces
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 100 gr grated parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, oil
- greased quiche tin or cake tin
