Asparagus lasagna

Supplies:

  • 750 g of asparagus
  • 2 sachets of white sauce
  • lasagna sheets
  • 250 g gammon
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 1/8 l whipping cream or cooking cream
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of pepper
  • 750 g aged grated cheese
  • Bressot herb cheese

Preparation method:

Peel asparagus and cook for 10 minutes. Grease oven dish. Thecut ham into cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Thedrain the asparagus and collect the cooking liquid. TheCut asparagus into 3 cm pieces. Make white sauce with 3dl cooking liquid.Stir the whipped cream into the sauce. Boil the sauce for a while.Remove the sauce from the heat and add the parsley, nutmeg, and pepperstir through.Pour into baking dish layer by layer. On top of that the grated cheesesprinkle and scoops of Bresot herb cheeseAbout preheating to 200 degrees, 40 min. in the oven.The first 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
